Mega Church anyone ? My two experiences...

The concept of a mega church is one that can be conceived in either one or two ways. You can say that a church with over 10,000 members is more like a place of business that has been built with questionable practices like preaching all about money and sowing seeds in order to purposely deceive the flock so the numbers will increase. Or, you can look at a mega church by maintaining that it is a church where God's blessings flow throughout; so from the pastor to the congregation there is obedience, sacrifice, and continued study of the true Word of God. Then God continues to multiply the mega church so people can be spiritually fed in large numbers. However you want to look at it is your own perception. Both mega church cases can be argued.

It is important to note that a mega church with over 10,000 is not a sin in and of itself. There are some very large mega churches in America who do preach God's Word in spirit and in truth. I have been to a few. As a matter of fact, I would personally like to recommend this mega church to you if you are ever near North Georgia. Then I will give an example of a mega church where they might as well have been watching a movie about "under-water basket weaving!"

The mega church that I recommend is called, "Free Chapel." It is headed by Senior Pastor Jentezen Franklin, located in Gainesville, Ga. Jentezen is a wonderful man of God, dedicated to serving his fellow man and always giving credit to Almighty God when referring to his calling in life. He teaches sound doctrine, with an emphasis on the importance of fasting. In my first experience at this mega church Free Chapel, my partner and I got there about 10 minutes early. We came through the parking lot of the mega church, and I noticed many police officers directing traffic and waving to the people. We got to the front door of the mega church, and I noticed that every single person who greeted us (male or female) had a huge smile on their face. IT WAS VERY COMFORTING DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS REALLY CHECKING THIS MEGA CHURCH OUT TO SEE IF IT WAS ONE OF THE LUKEWARM CHURCHES OF "THE LAST DAYS" THAT GOD WARNED US ABOUT IN REVELATIONS.

As we walked into the main mega church auditorium, I knew there was a strong presence of the Holy Spirit. The church is beautiful. However, when you pay attention to detail it is very evident that Jentezen did not want his mega church sanctuary to appear overly extravagant. As the mega church service began with praise and worship music, the entire place seemed "ALIVE." People were raising hands and singing. There was a representation from all tribes and nations. Black, white, short, tall, this mega church Free Chapel had it all. As I was singing, goosebumps overtook me and tears flowed down my face. I began praying in tongues, shouting at the top of my lungs in the mega church, and giving thanks to God for allowing me to attend such a special place. I loved being in the presence of the Lord so strongly. Jentezen's sermon was phenomenal. He talked about how we all come to a place called "THREE DAYS FROM NOWHERE" when our lives' have completely fallen apart and God in HIS infinite mercy lifts us back up. It was such a powerful word. When we left the mega church, smiles were everywhere. People went out of their way to make every mega church visitor feel like they were right at home. There was absolutely nothing about this mega church that seemed "artificial." It truly was a blessing from God.

Now my second experience with a mega church was quite the opposite from the first one. What a joke, and I mean that literally. The next mega church I attended was called: North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Ga. North Point mega church boasts of having well over 15,000 people. They put an emphasis on "GROUPS" and liken their mega church structure to a man's house complete with "The Kitchen," "The Dining Room" and one or two other "room" type areas. Odd, I know.

The mega church is headed by Senior Pastor Andy Stanley, the son of renowned author and leader of another mega church, First Baptist Church of Atlanta, Dr. Charles Stanley. Being affiliated with First Baptist, I thought North Point mega church was going to be an uplifting experience... BOY WAS I EVER WRONG ON THAT ONE. God uses the term "lukewarm" to describe the latter day churches as neither hot nor cold. In other words, when you attend a lukewarm church in the last days it will remind you of urine. Suffice it to say that this mega church was a little bit yellow.

When my partner and I got to the mega church, I noticed the parking lot was full of people who looked like they were hung-over. As we got to the front door of the mega church, we were greeted with obvious fake smiles and people looking at the ground... you know the deal. It was almost like everyone in this mega church who greeted you had something to hide. Eerie. When the music of the mega church service started, I felt a heavy feeling in my heart and my stomach began to ache. In my spirit I spoke to the Lord and asked, "What is going on in this mega church?" He whispered, "I am not there." As I gazed around the mega church auditorium, people stared into space like zombies. No one was singing. It was crazy. I saw maybe three people in this monstrous mega church building who were actually WORSHIPING GOD. Now, normally when I am in church I am almost jumping up and down with praise because I love the Lord so much!!! In this mega church... I JUST STAYED IN MY SEAT AND WATCHED IN UTTER AMAZEMENT.

When the sermon began, I almost walked out. This mega church clown Andy Stanley actually had the audacity to begin a new series of books and dvds (that are sold in the bookstore at the back of the church) on the importance of "BALANCE." In other words... balance of your FINANCES!!! Hello, are we not in a recession? Who the #@%@ wants to hear a mega church sermon about MONEY now? Then this guy gets up there and puts on a mega church comedy routine that would make Will Ferrell jealous!!! It was a joke alright!!! In these desperate times Andy, people NEED TO HEAR ABOUT JESUS!!! They need to understand WHY HE was made a living sacrifice for us, so they can make it through these troubled times with their sites on HEAVENLY THINGS!!! Just because you run a mega church in 2009, it does not mean you should be teaching such apostasy.

This mega church was an absolute disgrace. To think that over 15,000 (and growing) people a week go to this mega church to GET FED... makes me want to ask God to blow up the mega church building when no one is in it. IF YOU BELONG TO THIS MEGA CHURCH PEOPLE, GET OUT!!! Read about what the Bible says when it comes to the "lukewarm" churches of the last days. GOD SAYS THAT HE WILL LITERALLY SPIT THEM OUT OF HIS MOUTH!!! YOUR MEGA CHURCH IS GOING TO BE SPIT OUT OF HIS MOUTH!!!

Test the spirits my friends. If you are in a mega church where money takes presidence over JESUS CHRIST, and is all about social groups and mega church meetings, then you need to move on to another place.

The Great Tribulation

Most blogs or articles that have been written about "The Tribulation" and "The Great Tribulation" set up arguments as to whether we will have a (Pre-Trib) or (Post-Trib) rapture of the Bride of Christ, or will there be any rapture at all? Writers of The Tribulation and The Great Tribulation like to bring up conflicting Bible verses where all they really do is inflict confusion and damage to the youth of the Body of Christ. I know the truth about the rapture... THERE WILL BE NO ARGUING ABOUT "PRE-TRIB" OR "POST TRIB" ON THIS SITE... Those of you who do operate under ignorance about The Tribulation and The Great Tribulation might want to study up on how things work with a Jewish wedding. Why does the groom arrive and sweep up the bride in secret? Have you ever studied Hebrew? NO! "God does not appoint HIS children to wrath."

To clarify, "The Tribulation" is a 7 year period called "The Time of Jacob's Trouble" by God that will be introduced when The Anti-Christ signs a 7 year peace treaty with Israel. 3 1/2 years later he is going to break that treaty to cause The Great Tribulation. It will be during this time that God will release his wrath upon the earth. (KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A PART OF ANY OF THIS IF YOU WOULD JUST HONOR GOD AND GIVE YOUR LIFE TO HIM.)

Let's say for argument's sake that you (in all of your intelligence) are going to face "The Great Tribulation." Now go to the Bible and read where Jesus says, "that not one life would be saved if HE did not return when HE did." That would represent his "GLORIOUS APPEARING" at the end of "The Great Tribulation." Let me paint the picture for you. After the rapture (whether you believe in it or not) the entire world is going to be in chaos. So, how do you want to die? Would you like to have your head cut off in a bloody massacre of anyone who professes to worship Jesus Christ during The Great Tribulation? Perhaps you would like a bullet in your head, or maybe two when a civil war breaks out in America during The Great Tribulation, and everyone is literally barely breathing because of food shortages, and the seizure of automobiles, along with every other form of transportation. A stabbing or mutilation from some crazy clown down the street during The Great Tribulation would be interesting. How about getting sucked up into a tornado when the violence of God's judgment engulfs the entire earth during The Great Tribulation? If you think those fires in California are something terrible now, just wait until God removes "the restrainer" when The Great Tribulation begins and lets THE GATES OF HELL take power on the earth with no restraint. Hmm... Sounds like fun doesn't it? Hangin' out waiting for The Antichrist's black force military police to come and get you during The Great Tribulation while you chew on each others flesh is not the way I would want to spend my days and nights. Go ahead and keep on believing that there will be no rapture. Then you will get your wish, and you can enjoy "The Great Tribulation" with all of your friends.

During the time of "The Great Tribulation" folks, there will not be any sunny days. I don't think you understand just how bad GOD'S JUDGMENT AND WRATH UPON THE EARTH is going to be during The Great Tribulation. If you are left behind when "The Great Tribulation" begins, then you my dear friend are going to DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH!!! Let's get creative. How about dying in The Great Tribulation by feeling nuclear, chemical, or biological fumes oozing down your throat and melting all of your insides. That is precisely what will happen during a well organized terrorist attack, targeting the US after WORLD WAR III begins, or perhaps before. A nice bomb targeting your city or neighborhood sounds like a fun way to die. You get the picture. Nobody knows when the rapture is going to happen... If we are still here when war breaks out then all we have to do is refer to Psalm 91. If you haven't read or studied that verse, then BREAK OUT YOUR BIBLE RIGHT NOW!!! That promise still stands today for those of us who belong to GOD.

Do you belong to GOD? Are you sure? You better be! You also better be looking up and expecting Jesus to come back for HIS bride, if you want to ESCAPE THE WRATH TO COME. Repent. For the Kingdom of Heaven draweth nigh, and avoid The Great Tribulation.

DENOMINATIONAL = DEMONIZATIONAL.. Denominational Truth for Today!

If we look to what is happening in denominational churches today, it is easy to see that God is standing at the door of these buildings. Denominational church members need to understand that the doctrines they are learning are false. Denominational church leaders need to go back to seminary school (cemetery school) and learn how to study the Word of God. They need to throw all of their denominational church creeds and men's traditions straight out the windows of their denominational churches!!!

"My people perish for lack of knowledge." This goes for the denominational church as well. Dearly beloved, there are things going on in this world that would absolutely cause you to lose your mind with terror if you knew about them. You have been lied to all of your lives in your denominational churches and you don't even know it. Satan is the "GREAT DECEIVER" and he does not take a day off! He would not have the nickname if HE DID NOT BRAINWASH 90% of the people in the world.

Churches in America, as well as denominational churches are looked at around the world with disgust. Many pastors and preachers who preach the "true" Word of God will not even step foot into our churches because they do not want to be polluted by what we call "Christianity." Denominational churches were created by Satan to keep the church divided. Satan knew that if he could separate (there is that word again) the people of God in America, by building denominational churches and keep them arguing with each other, or trying to out-do each other, then he could keep them in bondage so the power of God would not be present in these buildings.

"THE GREAT DECEIVER" HAS DECEIVED GREATLY!" You better check yourself if you are spending every Sunday in a denominational church. Chances are that YOU are being deceived in your denominational church, and whether you like it or not, if you don't get on your face and beg for forgiveness, then you will continue down the path that leads STRAIGHT TO THE PIT OF DARKNESS. Just as Joel Stockstill said in my opening, "I AM NOT HERE TO WIN A POPULARITY CONTEST WITH YOU. TIME IS CLOSING IN... THERE IS NO TIME LEFT TO SUGAR-COAT MY MESSAGES." Jesus said exactly these words, "I AM THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE; NO MAN COMETH UNTO THE FATHER BUT BY ME." All of the creeds, traditions, rituals, confessions, meetings and operatic singing that you do in your denominational church every week WILL NOT SEND YOU TO HEAVEN!!!

Catholics, Baptists, Presbyterians, Lutherans, Methodists, and other denominational believers... I pray that the Lord in HIS grace and mercy will reach out and open your eyes. You must understand that THIS IS NOT ABOUT DENOMINATIONAL RELIGION, IT IS ABOUT RELATIONSHIP. If you do not have a personal, loving, growing, caring, pleasing, faithful relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ... where you are living for HIM and HIM alone, and by grace through FAITH you receive HIS gift of SALVATION so that repentance in your heart can take place... THEN YOU ARE GOING TO END UP IN HELL!!! Do not trust what you have been believing all of your life IN YOUR DENOMINATIONAL CHURCH!!! THE DEVIL IS A LIAR. CONFESSION TO A PRIEST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GOD'S GRACE AND MERCY.

Worship was not designed by God to be a once a week hour long service for a bunch of robots to gather together and listen to a boring sermon in a denominational church. WORSHIP TAKES PLACE IN THE HEART, AND IT IS SOMETHING THAT WE ARE CALLED TO DO EVERY DAY. Those of you who listen to these words are going to be empowered beyond anything you can imagine. PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU BELOVED, OPEN UP YOUR BIBLES' AND STUDY THE WORD OF GOD TWICE A DAY. Stay in fellowship with your Heavenly Father, so you can receive Holy Spirit guidance in every area of life. The Holy Spirit will reveal to you that you have been living a lie in church.

Memorize as many verses of the Bible as you can, so you can apply them to your life. Renounce your creeds, they have NOTHING to do with the truth. THE INFALLIBLE WORD OF GOD IS THE ONLY TRUTH!!! Go forth this week with power! Be strong in the Lord! Repent. Turn away from your sin! GO AND SIN NO MORE. Be blessed until tomorrow. Denominational churches should be avoided like the plague.

STUDYING THE BIBLE! Sharper than any TWO-EDGED sword...

Why do we study the Bible? When does God want us to study the Bible? How are we supposed to study the Bible? Does studying the Bible make us stronger people mentally? Does studying the Bible make us stronger emotionally? Does studying the Bible make us stronger relationally? As studying the Bible makes us stronger spiritually, we need to remember why we study the Bible at all. We study the Bible to get to know God.

The time has come beloved for us to separate the men from the boys when it comes to studying the Bible. Our daily post on this day is going to test you to see where your heart is as it pertains to studying the Bible. As you continue reading this word, it will most assuredly piss you off. Especially if you have been operating under a prim and proper "RELIGIOUS" spirit for most of your life and you haven't been studying the Bible!!! I used that word for a reason, to shake you to your foundations so you will not look at this blog with one eye any more. Don't write me crying about... "You can't be a Christian because you used a cuss word..." blah blah blah. I REBUKE YOUR RELIGIOUS SPIRIT NOW!!! I have been studying the Bible since I was a kid.

The Word of God is sharper than any two-edged sword and studying the Bible is how you learn to use your sword! What does a sword do? It cuts to the core. Then it divides. Then it completely separates. So I invite you now to get into studying the Bible... and if you cannot handle someone (who is always studying their Bible) reaching out to you in a raw, uncensored, hardcore, tough-love style, then go ahead and move on to another place. You can get your ears tickled, hear what you want to hear, and never have to question the things that you are doing when you know you haven't been studying your Bible. When the Holy Spirit convicts you and you realize that YOU yes YOU are headed STRAIGHT FOR HELL for not studying the Bible and searching for truth, then you can repent, get real, start studying the Bible and join us once again. In the meantime, all of us who want to learn about real truth by studying the Bible will be better off without you here. BYE BYE.

Sorry for being so graphic guys, but now is not the time for softies. Souls are perishing and people who have not learned about studying the Bible are DYING every day!!! I hate to say it but many of the people who you knew as friends that died are sitting in HELL right now. You thought they went to heaven, because they sat in church (acted like they were studying the Bible) every week and prayed every night. I am not trying to scare you, just motivate you to NOT LETTING ANOTHER HUMAN BEING WHO HAS EVER BEEN IN YOUR PRESENCE have the chance to meet with that awful fate. We must get real! We live in America! This nation is the most delusional nation on the planet and it is filled with people who are not studying the Bible at all! Christianity is so watered-down in our churches, that GOD IS NOT IN THEM WHATSOEVER!

Don't kid yourself... Saying a "simple prayer" and asking Jesus to save you does not bring about salvation. (Study the Bible and you will find out the truth) It is your willingness to REPENT (turn away completely) from the OLD YOU, and all of your old ways that leads you down the pathway to heaven while you are studying the Bible. YOU CANNOT GO THROUGH JESUS TO GET TO HEAVEN, IF YOU DO NOT REPENT AND STOP DOING ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU DID WHEN YOU WERE LIVING IN SIN BEFORE YOU BEGAN STUDYING THE BIBLE!!! PERIOD. It must be a conscious effort where everything inside of you WANTS to please God Almighty.

You must put ALL OF YOUR FAITH IN STUDYING THE BIBLE AND TRUST IN JESUS CHRIST BECAUSE YOUR LIFE HAS NOW BEEN PURCHASED FOR A PRICE. YOUR LIFE IS NOT YOUR OWN. THEREFORE YOU CANNOT LIVE IN CHRIST'S KINGDOM WHEN YOU ARE LIVING FOR YOURSELF.

If you live in America... then you are not saved!!! That is the best way for you to look at it, because there are almost 0 pastors, preachers, and teachers who teach sound doctrine. Don't take your pastor's word for it when he says you are saved!!! GET ON YOUR FACE RIGHT NOW AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SAVED!!! LIVE FOR CHRIST. PUT AWAY CHILDISH THINGS. Put the beer down, get out of the bar, put a cover over your penis or vagina, take your eyes off of violence, stop listening to the "health-wealth" garbage doctrine, flush your prescription drugs and ditch the pipe, LEAVE YOUR CHURCH IF IT DOES NOT LINE UP WITH THE WORD... AND START YOUR LIVES OVER AGAIN, DOING YOUR BEST TO "PICK UP YOUR CROSS AND FOLLOW JESUS DAILY!!!" Now you know where I am coming from. I love you, but I will SHOCK YOU AND SHAKE YOU. Have a wonderful night, GET TO IT WITH STUDYING THE BIBLE and I will see you tomorrow.
