Severe Pain: Dealing with it Emotionally, Physically, and Spiritually

Many times in life, severe pain becomes hidden. If you are dealing with severe pain from your childhood, a lot of times you will block it out completely because your brain shuts it off. How can severe pain affect us? Does severe pain continue to grow over the years? Can severe pain cripple our hearts' and minds' if we don't deal with it? I know that for myself, severe pain festered and boiled in my soul as a child growing up. The severe pain that I felt from being rejected and molested caused supreme anger that continued all the way into adulthood.

I was molested by my babysitter's mother when I was nine years old. The pain in my heart was so severe that my life never had any direction whatsoever until I reached my 30's. I am sharing this with you about my severe emotional pain because I love every one of you. If I love you, then I must be honest with you about everything. The severe pain that I have felt in life has been dealt with. Therapy has been completed. Soul searching has existed for many hours.

I did not allow severe pain to destroy me, and I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANY OF YOU. If you are dealing with destructive severe pain, please take it from someone who knows... YOUR LIFE IS NOT OVER!!!

When we go through severe pain in life, our Dear God is still there. I know it does not seem like it, but it is true. God doesn't want us to go through severe pain, but if we do, HE STILL ALLOWS IT ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOMETHING GREATER. God works in our lives for divine purpose. Often, we don't have a clue what He is doing. Some of us get angry when God allows us to go through the "valley of the shadow of "severe pain."

I know it hurts when severe pain strikes. It is awful. However, just as I speak about in my book, I want you to know that God loves you. Please don't take it out on God when severe pain comes into your life by way of the devil, and you soon realize that you have nothing left to fight your severe pain.

IT IS AT THE POINT OF NO RETURN, WHEN THE SEVERE PAIN IS SO GREAT, THAT WE WILL COMPLETELY GIVE UP AND SURRENDER THE POWER TO IT'S RIGHTFUL PLACE. IN OUR DEAR LORD'S LOVING ARMS.

I know you have been through some terrible times in life. I have too. We all have. All I ask of you from this day forward is to continue to fight with GOD'S HELP. DON'T TRY TO FIGHT BY YOURSELF. Severe pain will bow down and die, if you put your trust in God and God alone.
